Orezzo rocks!
Any Kenyan will agree with me than never in a thousand years would we ever imagine a phenomenon such as the firing of an entire cabinet in one go. In the 3rd government and the 42nd year of independence of an African state: Whoa!.
On Nov 23rd,1900hrs(EAT), it has happened and I have nothing but admiration for my president.Anyone who may argue that it was the next obvious step needs a quick briefing on the nature of politics and governance in Africa.
The referendum campaigns indicated most blatantly that its time for a cleanup and a really good one at that.Even more suprising to me is that it appears that some of the politicians are taking it quite well. Perhaps some are sitting on the edge of their seats knowing that their chances of being recalled to government are rather thin but hoping nonetheless hence need to appear 'ok' with the move. Whatever the case, I'm praying that they keep their peace.
I await with bated breath the announcement of the new squad in the next 2 weeks(as indicated by the media)
Its about time Kenya gets into the books of history for providing direction and being a good example for the continent and even maybe for the world.
I voted for a visionary leader and a working nation; I am trust that this is where we are headed.

hi Chris,
thats a kool idea...lets exchange those links...
I think the Prezzo is still a fence-sitter and a super-indecisive chap who needs to attend Decision Making 101 at some Uni for real cheap...
Up till today, 2 weeks later, he still hasn't announced his Cabinet. Ati feeling otero or give those cheap Mexican soaps we get overburdened with compe in suspense...
But at least he has saidiad the Gover save some chumz over the past 2 weeks, what with all the ngata and other random monies saved...
Anyway, I think his Xmas / New Year bash this year will be one to truly remember..
hi guys, just came across your blog and I want to ad my two cents worth.....kibaki just sucks!...just the other day he sacked NSSF's MD coz of political whims.talk about bad decisions!am 4 all wazees being consigned to the political dustbin, ama?any my blog is http://myblogs.blogspot.com incase you want to holla
While looking at both sides of the fence, im still on Kibakis end. Why?It was a referendum and not an election...propelled personalities who used all the tricks to get the vote and win. Then after winning on a fat pack of lies(including"Vote no and Kalonzo is made prezo")they turn and say the govmt has failed and has been handed a vote of no confidence by the public.
Is this true?
We can mathematically calculate that 3.5 mil of a possilble 11 mil thats 31%.
In winning we saw them for what they are.Dont be dubbed by all that double talk"the people have said".
Prezzo must do what it takes to get the country up and running.
Merry Christmas hon!
