Piss on target

This 'guide' hangs proud in one of the toilets at a HUGE training station in KL.
Now I know what they mean by 'the writing is on the wall'...

They do not say anything about the posterior 'shaking' or washing our hands. AHA!!! Got them! See?! None washes hands after 'the fact', you know?
